Hi I am a man of 39 years I am looking for a room for a period long
Paris for not less than three months to one year and more in my budget
400euro per month included,however I would like to know if is a dormitory
how many people you got there and if you have a private safe where I can
leave "safe" my stuff????
no smoking, and then I would love to share with non-smokers but
if smokers are not "hardcore" I can tolerate.
I would come to Paris since the end of /septmber if you have anything
at that price ...

400 euros is a really a tight budget.
hmm, your best bet, find a roommate.
besides that, you can probably book a room in some hotels for a full month at this price.
try districts 9, 10, 18, 19, 20.
try the outskirts as well.
