Location for a no smoking woman (I am a woman)

Bedroom of about 13m in lovely apartment of 50m at Ivry-sur-Seine in the city center (City Near Paris at 10 minutes with RER from Notre-Dame).

I am located at 2 minutes from the RER station and the subway station (Mairie D'Ivry)and at one station of Paris(3 minutes). There are supermarkets, shops and cinema around the appartment(1 minute)because I'm situated in the city center.

The flat is very quiet and good looking with a big and very confortable garden (170m)

In the bedroom there are a bed, an office, the wifi connexion (Internet)

Bathroom and kitcheen are in common

500 euros per month all charges includes : water, electricity, gaz and internet (only with wifi).

Available from the 1st of june until the end of august
