I rent my room located in a beautiful "haussmanien' building in Le Marais, rue beaubourg, just in front of center Beaubourg. The room has a big bed, cupboards, chemeny, big window and balcony,big mirror, stereo, hard wood floor and books...

The flat is shared with my roomate (23 GIRL STUDENT, like me...) It has a bathroom with bathtub, a kitchen and a small living room, windows & balconies everywhere, lot of sun!

It's perfect if you're looking for a real parisian experience: the flat has a lot of charm and the neighbourhood is amazing (notre-dame, groceries, vintage shops, cinemas and bars 2 minutes walk)!!!
