Hi,

we have a room for rent in a large Haussmanian flat. Closest metro are Rome, Villiers, St Lazare. The room is available from July 1st to oct 31st (non negotiable sorry), it is about 20 meter square. rent is 650euros a month with a 700 euros deposit. Utilities are shared between 4 (water, wi-fi, gas...). the place is completely non-smoking.

We are a french guy, a french girl and an aussie girl. the flat is furnished and the room is partially furnished (no bed, desk or chest of drawers).
