I have a quiet apartment in a secured place : place gambetta, Paris 20.
I propose a room furnished, and an apartement with everything (washing machine, micro wave, etc.) for June and maybe more, maybe till the end of august (it depends..).
The rent is 450, everything included and I need a deposit of the same price.
I'm really used to do colocation... I'm an easygoing person. I have just one request : I prefer no smokers !
In my apartment, there are a room, a living room, a kitchen and a wc/sdb. The room is for you and I sleep in the living room. It's not a big deal for someone who is not too much complicated

I don't have internet but there is a place for that in front of my apartment. Besides, you have everything around (from 2 to 5 minutes !) : buses, metro, banks, taxi, restaurants, Mc Do, etc.
