I'm renting a room in a 70m furnished flat. It's near the Stade De France (Saint-Denis), only 2 mn from the metro "Saint-Denis Porte de Paris/Stade de France" (Metro L13). Easy and direct access to Paris by underground or train (RER B & D)

It's in the 5th and last floor, very quiet with a lot of brightness. There are 2 independant bedrooms and one of them will be occupated by a quiet non smoker french boy (30 years old). The other bedroom will be available from May 26 to August 31. Couple allowed.

Rent is 500/month, including building costs but without gaz & electricity (around 30/month, depending on your consomation).
