Quiet, sunny, 2-room apartment in Montparnasse with an unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower. It is close to Metro Montparnasse-Bienvenue and Metro Falguiere and just 3 minutes walk from the major transport hub of Gare Montparnasse.



This apartment will be available from 25 June until mid-late September 2007 (date negotiable).



Situated on the fourth floor and off the street (at the far end of the courtyard), this quiet, south-west facing apartment is very light and sunny, with no vis-a-vis and a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower lit up at night. It is extremely well situated for getting around Paris -- with four Metro lines, buses, and Gare Montparnasse all a couple of minutes walk away. There is also a huge variety of stores (including Galerie Lafayette), restaurants, and cinemas close-by.



The specifications are as follows:

* living room with a sofa and low table;

* bedroom with king-size bed and study table

* fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, and electric stove;

* bathroom with bath, shower and washing machine;

* stereo, TV, and broadband internet connection.



The rent is EUR 350 / week (all inclusive). A safety deposit is requested (EUR 1050) and tenants will be required to pay one months rent in advance (ie. min stay of 4 weeks).
