We are renting our beautiful furnished 2-room (1-bedroom) apartment beginning AUGUST 1, 2007. We are INDIVIDUAL OWNERS, not an agency.

Minimum 1 to 6 month rental, up to several years (if that's what you want).

ABOUT THE APARTMENT

The apartment is 35m2 and very nicely arranged (no lost space) with a bedroom and a salon, a separate kitchen, and separate w/c and bathroom with tub. There are windows in every room and LOTS of light. It is perfect for a single person or couple (we are a couple and have lived comfortably in this apartment for 3 years).

KITCHEN:

complete with...
- dishwasher
- clothes washer/dryer
- fridge
- stove/oven
- Lots of extra storage space

BEDROOM:

The bedroom has a super-comfortable 140x190cm (double) bed and lots of closet and storage space (very unusual for Paris!)

BATHROOM:

Full-size bathtub with hand-shower. Sink with lighted mirror. Lots of towel racks and storage. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water.

EXPOSITION:

It is on the 5th floor (no elevator!) but is high enough to get lots of light. It is on a small courtyard off the street, so there is virtually no street noise.

LOCATION:

The location is very central, between Place de la Bastille and Place de la Rpublique, just off the Place Lon Blum.

The closest mtro station is "Voltaire" which is one block away. Just down the street is the beautiful Pere Lachaise cemetery and we are a 10 minute walk from the Marais district (in one direction) and 10 minutes (in the other direction) from the Oberkampf area (with great bars and cafs).

Just 1/2 block away, there are the small shops where we do our daily shopping (boulangerie, cheese shop, butcher, fruits/veggies, etc.), and there are two supermarkets on the Place Lon Blum, one block away.

TERMS:

We're offering a standard furnished 1-year lease and you can leave at any time with 30 days notice. Rent is 1000 euros/month which includes charges. You are responsible for electricity and internet (if you want it). Easy transfer of EDF bill to your name.
