Hello everyone! Planing to come to Paris this summer to see the city of lights? Well, I'm offering you my apt in the Champs-Elyses district for the period of July and August 2007 only!!! This means between 30th June and 1st September 2007!!



This is a very nice studio of about 237 square feet (22 square meters) with a large bed in a mezzanine, a full fitted kitchen. All the flat is nicely furnished with desk, table and chairs, TV, Sofa, dvd player, free high speed internet access, storage spaces... A separte Bathroom with toilets, washbasin and shower.



See below the pictures of my flat, which is in a very safe disctrict because just off the Champs-Elyse. I have some others pictures if you are interested. Very calm because it is in a courtyard.



Just 35 per night (minimum of 2 nights) or 670 per month, which is a real bargain as all the hotels in this district are about 150 per night!!! Suitable for a couple or a single person. Please make ask me for available dates!!
