I am looking for a roommate to share my 50m2 appartment with balcony.

- Standing Building with elevator
- Parquet floor in all appartement
- Nice fully furnished room
- Fully furnished Kitchen with washing machine
- Internet WIFI included

Location: near all comodities and transports (Mtro/RER Nation, Porte de vincennes, Picpus) in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood.

My current roommate is leaving so the place is available now !!
