The double living room has some French windows overlooking the street with south exposures. It contains a TV, a DVD player, a stereo, a fireplace, 2 armchairs and a sofa, a coffee table, a dining table with 5 matching chairs, a Wi-fi Internet connection.

In the bedroom there is a bouble bed.
The large bathroom is equipped with a bath-tub, a wash-hand basin and a washing machine.
There is a separate toilet.
