The one-room flat is on the third floor of a building without elevator located in the district of Marais in the vicinity of the Museum d'Art et Mtier; Metro Republique.
It is made up of a room with a double sized bed,a kitchen corner equipped with electric stove, and a bath with shower. Heating is independent and the flat is complete with linens and towels.
It is provided of all comforts and very suitable for two people.
The price for the weekend rental based on a three day rental (ARRIVAL ON FRIDAY, LEAVING ON MONDAY) is 250 Euro plus a deposit of 50 Euro to be returned when leaving the flat.
