I am subleting a beautiful and cozy place for short stays (1-4 months)in Paris 9me near Moulin Rouge, Pigalle and 5mn from les Grands magasins (Les Galries Lafayettes, Printemps...) and Montmartre.

Period of rent = Any time(I am flexible for any duration as the case may be)

Rent = 100/day,550 /week, 1400/Month
Extra: 60 euros for cleaning
Size = 37 m
Sits single, 2 or a couple

Charming, clean, calm, 2 large windows,
Furnished(including wardrobes + TV and a big Japanese bed(fits three)+ couch+ Living room equipment
Independant bathroom (with towels and everything) + Toilets + kitchen (with microwave+refrigerator, oven and kitchen equipment...)

All utilities/charges included in the price.

Metro : Blanche, Pigalle, Place de Clichy, Notre dame de la Lorette, Trinit, Saint-Lazare.

It is near everything you need during your stay in Paris

NB: no pets
