A prestigious address in the most exclusive capital of the world. The apartment is situated in a nice building of the XIX century behind Place des Victoires, one of the three royal squares built by the same architect unter the kingdom of Henry IV (the other two being Place des Vosges and Place Dauphine, for those of you curious).

The apartment is located in rue Hrold, in the 1st arrondissement, which is the most central Paris district, back of the Place des Victoires and very close to the public gardens of Palais Royal and the pedestrian Quartier Montorgueil. It is conveniently located within walking distance to many interesting places and districts in Paris such as the Louvre museum, Opera Garnier, the famous department stores Galeries Lafayette and Printemps, Comedie-Franaise, Centre Pompidou, the historic and trendy district Marais, Notre-Dame, St.-Germain de Prs, Quartier Latin, etc. The neighbourhood, called Palais Royal, is not yet overcrowded by tourism. There are still many tiny shops which do small scale business. It is an area where French people go, with all-day markets and lots of french restaurants and bistrots.

Entrance is through a very pretty pebble-stoned patio and garden where a couple of neighbour-artists expose their sculptures. Is is on the 5th floor with no elevator, but with a wooden staircase as most historical houses in Paris. The total surface is only 27 sqm but the distribution is excellent. It contains of 1 living room, 1 bedroom, a small separate kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The apartment has two big windows facing the patio and it is very bright. It is small but two people (a couple) can comfortably stay there. There is an extra bed. The location of the apartment is extremely quiet without any street noise whatsoever. It is very bright, sunny and calm. It is a private home and it does not belong to an agency. Rental is a private arrangement based on mutual trust.
