Hurry, this one normally goes the day it comes out. I got it by luck-- and timing. I am currently renting it and leaving earlier than I imagined-- so I am trying to help find someone for mid June. It is for long or short term. Fully furnished, rent includes all utilities, plus TV,Internet, and phone with unlimited calls to US and UK. The rent is very cheap because the landlady, (a very sweet artist), comes by once per week to water her plants--so it is a sort of colocation, though I normally only saw her once every other week for about 20 minutes and really enjoyed her company.
