Hello,

I am a 29 years old woman, and I live in Paris.
I have 2 rooms, and for some reasons I would like to rent one for one or 2 months.
The room is about 12m2 and the flat is 66m2. I am living alone. And honestly, I am not a lot in the flat (I work, go out, work with association, etc.) so I am really busy and quiet. The flat is nice (I love my flat) it also of course equiped with wash mashine, micro waves, etc. but no internet and television.

I live in a quiet popular area, I really love that, close to the buttes chaumont and the canal ourq.

I will ask for a "caution", in any case.

I just do not want smoking in the flat.
