Ideally situated in the western part of Paris, this apartment is located near the Parc Monceau. In this neighborhood and the adjacent quarters are the Etoile, the Madeleine and Opera areas. Parc Monceau, unknown to most visitors, is just a short stroll away. Close to street markets , with traditional French groceries such as meat, fish, cheese, one of the best parisian bakery , wine, baked goods and chocolates. The apartment is also very close to neuilly and Congress Hall of Porte Maillot.

This modern one-bedroom (about 30sq meter) apartment is located on the sixth and top floor (seventh in the USA) of an 1870s walk-up building. A coded security system and a concierge protect the main entrance gate. This opens into a corridor leading to a courtyard. From there, a door with an intercom leads to the staircase.
The apartment is decorated in a contemporary style, underlined by a wenge parquet floor and elegant furniture. It has a high-speed wireless Internet connection, cable TV and free phone to many country including USA, australia and GB.

It is equipped with a stove (four induction plates), a combo grill/microwave, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a toaster. It has a skylight-type window, which offers a view of Montmartre Hill. You will not find a kitchen like this one in the major part of the rental in paris. you can really cook good french food. this kitchen alone cost more than the total of the equipement you can find on the market
The open bedroom also has a skylight-style window and is furnished with a 6 month old double-size bed (best brand in quality matress) and built-in shelves and wardrobes hidden by net curtains.
The bathroom is in a small corridor hidden by a sliding curtain. It is equipped with a washbasin, a toilette and a shower and also has a skylight window with the view of montmarte over the roof of paris.... maybe one of your best souvenir when you will remenber your stay in paris every morning during the time you take to brush your teeth.

The nearest metro station is Porte Champerret (line 3) at 100 meter. very easy to get anywhere in paris in few minutesbecause this line cross almost all the other due to his historic use. like the name, this line was the third one built in paris......so it's also one of the essential one
