We would like to exchange our flat with a property in the very center of New-York City between the 21th and 25th of july 2005 (5 nights). Our flat is available from 7th to 26th of july 2007 and also between the 28th and the 11th of august.
Our Flat: approximately 115 m2 (around 1240 ft2) . we are 2 adults and 2 children 7 and 9 years old.
We have a very nice 3 bedroom flat in PARIS Located near La BASTILLE (very center of Paris) -one of the oldest and fashionable neighborhoods in central Paris. Located on a very quiet pedestrian street. A 5 minute walk to Place des Vosges and the Picasso Museum,10 min walk to Notre Dame.
The flat is located in a very new modern building with high secure access. Nicely appointed with modern furnishings, flat screen tv, large bathroom/separate toilet and a very lovely open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer). The building has an elevator.
