Old 19th century building in the middle of Paris. Situated on the border of the 2e, the 9e and the 10e. One minute walk from Metro Bonne Nouvelle (ligne 8 and 9) and 15 minutes walk to the centre (Chtelet, Seine).

Room of 16m2, fully furnished, stucco, charming balcony in flatshare with two girls, a French (33) and a Spanish (26). Both are very nice and sociable, they speak French and English.

The rent is 550 Euro per month.

The room will be free starting from the 01/06. We are looking for somebody who wants to stay either for the summer (until septembre or octobre) or for a full year. Both possibilities welcome! We are looking only for girls, sorry guys
