I have a quiet apartment in a nice place : place gambetta, Paris 20.

I propose a room furnished, and an apartement with everything (washing machine, micro wave, etc.)



Wifi. Rent 500 month including sheets & charges. 6 month minimum.
Perfect for a long-term student. There is a one month deposit upon arrival



I'm really used to do colocation... I'm an easygoing person. My request are no animals, no couples and no kids please



In my apartment, there are a 2 rooms, a living room, a kitchen and a wc/sdb.



Besides the apartment you have everything around (from 2 to 5 minutes !) : buses, metro, banks, taxi, restaurants, etc.
