Location : XIV district, rue Paul Fort, a very safe and quiet street, is situated between the Porte d'Orleans and the lovely Parc Montsouris. The area has many restaurants, cafs and shops. The Metro station Porte d'Orleans and many bus stations about 50 metres from the flat make it easy to travel all over Paris.



Description:

The two-room flat measures 35 m (385 square feet) and has parquet floors. It includes a living room, a kitchenette opening onto the living room, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The living room has a sofa for one, a coffee table, colour TV and CD/DVD player.

The bedroom is attractively furnished with a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and chair.

The bathroom has a shower and sink. The lavatory also installed in the bathroom.

Towels and bed linen are provided.

The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you might need: a complete set of kitchen utensils, refrigerator, sink, coffee machine, microwave oven, iron and ironing board.

The flat is on the ground floor of a six-floor building.

The all-inclusive rate covers rental, utilities and electricity.

Seasonal rental: available on a daily (80 per day, 4 days minimum), a weekly (450) or a monthly (1300, electricity not included) basis.



All amounts payable in advance and in cash.

Refundable safety deposit can be Traveller checks or a US cashiers check.

Note: The owner requires a deposit of 30% of the total rent via Bank Transfer or cashier's check to keep the reservation. If there is less than 10 days before arrival, the payment must be done the day of the arrival.
