I'm looking for a flat to rent as soon May 20th at the latest, in Paris. Me: civil servant, discrete, clean, no smoker, no pet.
Flat: period to be negociated (thinking about buying so less than a year long rent agreement), 550 euros maximum. No area in particular, as long as it's in Paris (75). MUST be furnished (a minimum, i.e couch or bed, micro-wave, kitchen, etc., no TV needed)
