Hello,

I am a graduate student coming from New York to Paris to do some writing and need a place to live for the month of June only ( I arrive the morning of June 6th and am moving into a friend's place on July 1st). I am extremely responsible, neat/clean and quiet: I will take excellent care of your things.

My budget is somewhere between 600 and 900-1000 euros. However, if the area is great (1st-10th arrondissements), I might be able to go a little higher. I would prefer to live alone, but would consider a roommate.
