Requesting no-fees, direct by owner sublet or rental. Business person moving to Paris, and working on Rue Victor Hugo near Etoile. Company paid. My company and I need 1 bedroom with sofa bed in living room, if possible. Would love balcony, all services included and semi-furnished for internet, appliances, major items at least.
