Beautiful light ground floor artist's space, 80 square meter, ceilings five meters tall, huge bank of windows overlooking a lime tree. Here you feel like you are in a country house far from the world but the cinema, supermarkets, fish and flower stalls as well as the metro Alesia are all just a few steps away. Bed and bathroom upstairs, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and large fridge. High speed internet access and free line for phoning the states and Europe. Laundromat around the corner. Two double beds make the apartment suitable for one-four people. A cleaning lady will come by on the week-end.



I am looking for renters for July 2nd-July 16th, I will ask for only 1100 if ready to stay for the full two weeks.



I would like both a small security deposit and one or two references (former landlords) as this is my own home and studio.
