Hi!

I am subleting my room in Paris for the month of may. I am living together with a french student, each of us has his own bedroom and we share a big living room, the kitchen and the bathroom. It is a very spacious apartment, with old wooden floors and high ceilings. My room is equipped with a single bed, a desk and a closet. The window is located on the south side, so that there is always a lot of light.

The apartment is very well situated in the center of Paris. The closest subway station is 3 minutes away (Metro: Bastille). It is a very nice neighbourhood with a lot of bars, cafes and restaurants. The Seine is in walking distance (10min.)
As we live in a calm street, it is very quiet.

My roomate is a friendly, open person. As he is studying and doing an internship at the same time, he is not a lot at home.

The apartment is available from the 2nd or the 3rd of May on and the rent would be 650Euro, everything included.
