Great location on the left bank (Paris 6th) Rue Servandoni, cute quiet paved street. A stone throw from the Luxembourg Garden. Many buses, close to 4 metro stations (Mabillon, St Sulpice, Odeon, St Germain des Pr), RER Luxembourg, restaurants, museums... Furnished "chambre de bonne" (maid's room) SMALL(13 sq meters) sleeps one person only. Very sunny with a balcony big enough to enjoy your breakfast or dinner overlooking St Sulpice church (now famous because of Da Vinci code novel and movie)on the right and Montparnasse Tower on the left. Building renovated last year - French doors and skylight, kitchenette, shower, private WC, TV, digicode, interphone. 6th floor (no elevator). No internet access but many cybercafs in the area. Linen included.

Available FROM JUNE 7th UNTIL MID SEPTEMBER 210/week including building taxes MINIMUM 4 WEEKS (shorter period will NOT be considered) - or 190 /week from 8 weeks and more - Preference will be given to someone already in town in order to visit the room before renting it.
