The studio is ideal for 1 or 2 persons, it is fully equipped with sofa bed (2pers), kitchenette (oven, cooking plates, fridge, dishes, basic products etc), bathroom with toilets and a real bathtub with shower head, table, dressing, cupboards etc.

Television LCD, DVD, phone - FREE local and international calls to 49 countries, including FREE MOBILE PHONE calls to the States and Canada, FREE internet access ADSL.



The main room is newly re-done, with authentic oak on floor, apparent beams in walls and hand made kitchen corner "sur mesure". It is clean and bright with a big window to the south.

The apartment is situated on 3rd floor, no elevator, in a secure Parisian building with digicode and concierge. It has a high security lock.



The quarter is unique, bohemian and bourgeois, touristy and authentic; you'll find small quiet streets with local cafs and restaurants next to famous places (Sacre Coeur, Place de Tertre, rue Lepic, place des Abbesses, Moulin Rouge, Pigalle..). Traditional craft shops next to fashion, young creators and art galleries.



Every weekend a big area (including rue Coustou ), becomes pedestrian, rue Lepic is transformed into a lovely market with fresh quality products, outdoor cafs, street musicians..



The studio is at 1min walk from metro Blanche (line 2). Line 12 (Pigalle, Abbesses) and 13 (Place de Clicy) is at a 5min walk. Several bus lines just around the corner. It is really easy to go "everywhere" in Paris.



Prices (in euros) :

80/night ; 380/week ; 750/two weeks; 1150/month



Rental costs include everything (electricity, internet, taxes and fees).

Linen and towels are also provided.

A deposit will be required at arrival and returned when leaving.
