I rent a lovely 15 meter square room in a quiet Parisian apartment of 43 meter square.
Please not pets.
Its a well equipped apartment. Just renovated, youll share the kitchen and the bathroom with me ( 25 years old). Hardwood floors and the window looks out into a quiet street.
The apartment is located in the 11th arrondissement in Paris in the proximity of La Bastille and the Marais ( 15 min walking) and is ideally located to visit the French capital. This area is safe and quiete, and also closed to the trendiest neighbourhoods full of bars, stores , cosy restaurants. The Metro station Rue des Boulets is less 1 minute walking distance from the apartment (Line 9). Also one of the bigest station, Nation is 5 minutes wlaking distance from the appartment ( lines 1, 2, 6, 9 RER A )
It is available for renting from july 12th to august1st and the price is 400 euros per week all charges inclued.
