General description of the apartment:
Well-equipped kitchen (with washing machine), dining room, bright living room, 2 bedrooms, separate toilet and bathroom. In the 4th floor of a charming Parisian-style building with an elevator.

Description of the room:
Bright, spacious (17m2) and fully furnished. Includes a large bed, desk, armoire, chest with drawers, chairs, etc.

Rental fees:
900 euros/month + 900 euros deposit.
Monthly rent includes charges, electricity & gas, central heating, fix phone line with free calls to many destinations (Europe, Asia, US, Canada, etc.), unlimited internet access, and cable TV.
