Cozy 1 bedroom ,ideally located on the famous rue Mouffetard,at the corner of the Place de la Contrescarpe,with its trendy bars and restaurants ,with two
steps from the PANTHEON, the University of SORBONNE,the ARENES DE LUTECE,and the BOULEVARD SAINT MICHEL.
The apartment,in the hart of the left bank spcial "atmosphre",completely renovated,and fully equiped, is on the first floor of an old 18 th century building ,totally restored,with security code .
It is two parts crossing ,calm ,quiet and very luminous.
Can easily accomodate up to 4 people :each room is independent.
The living room has a double sofa bed (queen size very confortable ),dining table with 4 chairs .
Window on the street for the separate kitchen fully equiped.
The separate bedroom has a queen size bed also,and a window on a quiet courtyard.
Nice blue and white bathroom wth bath-tub and bath-shower .

You can go everywhere with two metro's stations "Cardinal Lemoine (line 10)
or "Place Monge "(line 7),both very close from the apartment.
