Large independant luminous room with a big double mezzanine bed over one more double bed couch in a very calm and safe neighbourhood, close to shops, mall, supermarkets, cafs, bars, restaurants and more, ten minutes walking from the Trocadro and museums. It is 5 to 10 minutes to 4 different Metro and RER stations (RER C, Metro line 6 and 9) and many buses. 12 minutes walking from home is a public swimming-pool and stadium from which you swim and run while admiring the Eiffel Tower !

The room has direct private access to the bathroom. WC, bathroom and full equiped kitchen (coffee machine, micro wave and cooker, mixer, dishes etc.) are shared with us.

We are a couple living in the flat, non smoker, very calm, working home. We are a 30 years old.

You have your own private fridge. We furnish bed linen and towels.

All this for 800 euros per month.

Internet high speed Wi Fi for free.

The place can be rent from 1 till 8 weeks.
