Rental Period
I am looking for someone short-term and long-term
Short-term: just the summer months (1-2 months) starting July 1st to the end of August.
Long-term: generally the upcoming school year, September to June or longer.

I am flexible with the dates and if you would like to rent starting in July for longer that is cool too.

A little bit about me:


I am a recent Masters graduate from a reputed school in Paris and have just started working here in Paris. I have studied in the US and 3 years in Paris in the fields of law and economics. I really enjoy living in Paris and in my area. I am non-smoker and the apartment is non-smoking.

It is fine to have friends visit and there an extra inflatable mattress you can use.

I do not mind living with another student as I was recently one myself or an international student abroad. I also have a laser printer that you can use to print out your papers, since it can be hassle to get it printed in the computer lab right before class.

Electricity/EDF, insurance, internet access is all included in the price, no surprises.

There is also the possibility to pay in US dollars if that is simpler for you.
