Beautiful, clean and cosy flat (40m) in the Village dAuteuil area, just by the Seine. .



About me: Hi, Im a 29 year old singer. Im living here with my boyfriend. Im the owner and willing to let my apartment while away ...I'm looking for a simple but reliable transaction.



Services: code on front door, maid once a week; or before arrival and after departure.



The apartment: I wont say much for the pictures should speak for themselves. Ill only add that I live here with my boyfriend so the flat is fully equipped and very functional. It is on the 6th floor with elevator. The view on the Seine is refreshing. It is very nice in the summer since you can sunbathe or have breakfast on the terrace and still have a fresh apartment for the rest of the day since the sun leaves at noon and only appears for a few minutes at sunset. It is ideal for a couple (both couches are convertibles if you ever get into a fightalthough very unlikely in Paris!). Linens are provided. Oven, microwave oven and big freezer (quite useful in the summer!) are at your disposal. Theres a shower and laundry machine in the bathroom. Youll have cable TV, DSL and surround system, soundproof windows for a nap in the afternoon.



The neighbourhood: Perfect if you are looking for a quiet place to go home to after a long and exhausting day of intense sightseeing, or simply have the luxury of a village-like area while 20 minutes away from busy, crowded centre of Paris. It is a wealthy, clean, quiet and very charming neighbourhood. Open markets Wednesdays and Saturdays on the Place dAuteuil. I live right next to a big park where it is lovely to have picnics. Subway to the east (line 10) 2 minutes away and to the north (line 9) 10 minutes away, RER C is right across the Seine. And buses (very nice way to travel in the city in the summer) are right around the corner (22, 52, 62, 72) and will take you directly to the Trocadero, Champs Elysees, Concorde, Opera, Galeries Lafayette, or to the Louvre, Chatelet, etc.



Requirements: Am looking for serious and clean people, NON smokers exclusively.

Price: 550 euros/week available for 7 to 10 days at a time (no room for more luggage storage)+ 200 euros as guarantee returnable upon your departure if no damage has been done. Cash Only in euros or dollars.
