Hello,

I am an American student living in Paris who will be leaving for China for the entire summer. I am offering to sublet my apt for that time at 660 euros a month, 1980 euros total. This includes electricity, water, internet, cable TV and telephone. I may also be able to provide a cell phone, if needed. It's in a good location, very close to metro lines 2 & 11.

As far as requirements go, I am asking for a security deposit of one month's rent (660 euros) to be transferred to my account BEFORE YOU ARRIVE, and that will be returned to you as soon as possible in September (provided the rent has been paid and the apt is still in one piece).
