Greetings! I am looking for a housing swap from April 20 May 30, anywhere in Europe, and the end dates are flexible. I will be flying to London on April 19th and want to go somewhere else, or even just stay in London while I am there because I dont think I will have another chance to travel to Europe this year. I wouldnt actually need your place until April 22, as I already have accommodations in London until then.

I am offering my place located in downtown Manhattan. It is a small, clean, clutter free one bedroom, nicely furnished in a modern building. You could sleep 3-4 people. The best part is that it has a huge (500 square feet) private patio, perfect for this time of year. My neighborhood is on the border of the Lower East Side and Chinatown. It is one of the trendiest neighborhoods in New York and is very safe. I have some pictures as well, so if you are interested, please email me and I will send them asap. I am going to make a plane reservation soon, so the sooner you respond, the better chance you have of my return date being flexible.
