My husband and I are leaving our beautiful apartment a little early and would like to try and find a renter for our very nice landlord before we go. It is a rather large and suitable for two people Studio. I think the size is about 40 m2 but not sure. It has been completely remodeled just four years ago and the bathroom is nice and big with a great shower. The kitchen is well equipped and all furnishings are included. For the moment we pay 600 euros a month plus 50 euros for electricity, all other charges are included. This may be subject to change depending on your needs, all to be discussed with the landlord. The apartment is on the french second floor but easily accessed and in a nice building with views out both sides. The town of Montmorency is in the 95, a very nice town with a local outdoor market and good bus service, just in zone 4 so about a 15 minute train ride from Gare du Nord.
