We have a very nice, spacious apartment in the 10th arrondissement, right near the Gare du Nord, an excellent location for commuters, and an area that gives you easy accessibility to everything that the heart of Paris has to offer. The apartment is composed of two individual rooms, each with its own kitchenette, that come off of a small common space which has a bathroom and separate toilet. While we of course welcome everyone, the set up does make this space ideal to be shared by two couples visiting Paris or for students - each room can be locked by key. It is on the RDC (rez de chaussee) - which means the windows are street-level, but there are no stairs to climb. One room has a large sleeping loft and a fold-out sofa, making it possible to accommodate up to four people, with the kitchenette in the room. The other side has a small separate kitchen, and a double bed mezzanine.

It is available for short or long-term rental, and you could rent one of the rooms if that is all you would need. We are asking 400 Euros per week or 1200 Euros per month for the apartment, or if you just want one room, we would ask 300 Euros per week/ 900 Euros per month for the room with the sleeping loft, and 250 Euros per week/800 Euros per month for the room with the separate kitchen. If you are interested in the full apartment for three months or more, we would rent it for 1000 euros per month.
