Hello.

I am subletting a studio located in Cergy, at the western terminus of the A line. The building is mostly occupied by ESSEC students. The furnishings include a bed, desk, chairs, and bookshelf. There is also a television and Internet is included in the cost of rent. There is a small kitchen with two burners, a sink, refrigerator and microwave, as well as a private bathroom (with a shower, no bathtub). The building has laundry facilities, game and study rooms, and a tennis court. It is very near to the RER station and only one block or so from a grocery store, bakery, video store, etc.

Je sous-loue un studio situ dans Cergy, aux terminus occidentaux de la ligne de A. Le btiment est occup par des tudiants d'ESSEC. L'ameublement inclut un lit, un bureau, des chaises, et une tagre. Il y a aussi une tlvision et l'Internet est inclus en cot de loyer. Il y a une petite cuisine avec deux brleurs, un vier, rfrigrateur et micro-onde, aussi bien qu'une salle de bains prive (avec une douche, aucune baignoire). Le btiment a des quipements de blanchisserie, des salles de jeu et d'tude, et une cour de tennis. Il est trs prs la station de RER et seulement un bloc ou ainsi d'un magasin d'picerie, d'une boulangerie, du magasin video, etc.
