I've been living there for 7 years now. I know a bit about flatsharing : firstly because I have to - living in Paris isn't cheap, I can't afford the whole rent -, secondly because I enjoy meeting new people.



Flat description : 3rd floor with elevator ; 2 separated bedrooms (one is mine, the other could be yours), large living room, kitchen, bathroom. Cellar.



Recently refurbished (2004), old style parquet floor, many windows, south/south west orientated.



The room for rent : 100% furnished room in 200% equipped flat : large fridge, cooking & microwave ovens, washing machine (brand new) & tumble dryer, TV, DVD & DIVx reader, hifi, Wifi web connexion, etc... Air conditionner for the living room - summer can be hot.
