the flat is a 2 bedrooms flat with a big separate kitchen. furnished, with washing machine, sheets, etc... would be OK for 4 people if you can share 2 beds, one bed is just a matrass on the floor. internet wifi but no TV. no elevator. 4th floor. shower and WC in a small bathroom.
calm, lots of light, about 50m2.
the area is nice with lots of shops. metro and buses (27, 63, 57, PC) at the door.
