Family House With Grand Piano. For One Year, Fully ...

Family house with grand piano. for one year, fully ... Posted 04 June 2007
Moving to LA for a year, our house will be available mid August 2007.
It is in a great neighborhood, very calm and residential.
Our house is a family home (2 kids) and offers a over 80m2 of living space + a 40m2 basement and a 250m2 of private garden.
Downstairs there is the living/dining/music room with a grand piano (its a Bluthner), the kitchen (all new appliances). and a toilet.
There is also a sunny terrace that serves as very private outside dinning room.
Upstairs are the two large bedrooms, a small yet bright office space and a very comfortable bathroom (has two sinks!).
In basement (about 40m2) is a washing machine, an office and lots of shelves.
Independent Fuel heater.
Hot water and heating by independent Fuel heater.
Is equipped with ADSL internet and TV.
We are non smokers.
There are only houses on our street and all the children play safely outside.
Most of our neighbors are professional artists actors, decorators, lighting artists, opera singers, and musicians like myself.
There are good public and private schools near by, and is close to parks, easy shopping and has its own parking place.
We are 3 or 4 minutes walk away from "Auchan" (a large shopping mall) and also from the metro (great metro line crossing Paris east/west.
Its 10 to 20 minutes metro ride to most places in Paris.
We used to live in Paris and now much prefer the quality of life and convenience here.
It's a luxury to be just outside of the rush and noise.
Bagnolet is like a village with all the convenience of living in a large city (Paris!).
Please feel free to ask if there anything else you would like to know?
Furnished with all furniture (couches, bed, tables, closet and all appliances. We can also, if desired, leave much more (sheets, Cds, TV, DVD, plates, pots and pans...)
