Quais rive gauche (beautiful location, left bank), exceptional side view on Notre Dame de Paris and Seine River (peaceful because the flat is facing a public garden - the first and second pictures have been taken from the living room window). 5th floor (without lift), 17th century old building (architecture classified neighborhood).

Duplex-apartment (70 m sq) with one bedroom and bathroom (2d floor), large living room and fully equiped kitchen (1st floor). Furnished with old furniture and antique paintings. Antiques style decoration.
Hi-Fi, TV, cable, internet. Fireplace. Air Cond in the bedroom. Little terrace-balcony with flowers on the back side.
Cleaning man included in the price once a week but able to come more (additive cost 10 euros/hour).

Immediate neighborhood of Notre Dame, Ile Saint Louis, Saint Michel, Quartier Latin, Panthon, La Sorbonne and close from les Halles de Paris, le Louvre, Muse dOrsay and the best touristic highlights.
Metro and bus are 2 minutes walking (St Michel). Vegetable market and all French food shops on Place Maubert. Safe area. Galleries, restaurants, shops
