Dear landlords,

I moved to Paris a couple of weeks ago, and my housing research seems to show that what I'm looking for does exist, and also that there's a shortage of trustworthy tenants. The only problem is, how do trustworthy tenants and reasonable landlords get together? This is my attempt to speed the process.

Me:

- established freelance translator/interpreter, no children or pets, quiet, clean and responsible. I like to cook, garden, knit, and occasionally go out ballroom dancing.

- my ideal home is not tiny (20m2 or more), bright, has a decent kitchen(ette), and a good desk or at least space for one, as I work out of my home when translating

- somewhat flexible but looking to move as soon as possible

You:

- own a studio or small apartment in central Paris (in my dreams, this would be 75001-75007, or 011-012)

- are tired of having to find new tenants every few months or hound your existing tenants about the rent

- want someone who will care for your property as if it's their own

If this sounds like it would be a relief to you, please give me a call. My old-fashioned upbringing means that I will respond no matter what, though I can't promise that I'll be interested in a 9 m2 chambre de bonne over the long haul.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Lisa
