Lappartement est situ au 5me tage (sans ascenseur) dans le 17me arr., proche de la Cit des fleurs. Mtro (Brochant, ligne 13) et commerces proximit.

Loyer 470 euros ttc ( charges lectricit eau gaz compris) avec tlphone fixe, internet adsl haut dbit illimit et tlvision numrique.
