2rooms composing a sunny charming accomodation at the 7th floor (without lift) in front of the Lutecia Hotel.

Nice view on the sevre-babylone park and "Le Bon March".. this place is at one step of the most famous places of paris.

The appartement is a junction of 2 rooms, 18m2 in total, with a desk, a shower, a double bed, a little coach and a bar. All equipements are included, an expresso machine, a fridge with freezer and a large band internet connection with wifi.

Toilets are on the corridor but it's clean and not far.



Available from June the 22th to september, I prefer sublet for 3months but i'm ready to hear anyproposition, the most important is for me to find someone serious.
