Very close to several handy metro lines : Sentier or les Halles (with most of the RER connections) the area is one of the most sought-after sections of the arrondissement with the thriving Montorgueil market for shopping, restaurants and bars.

The apartment is about 19 sqm and includes:

A furbished kitchen with fridge, oven and burners

A lounge / dining area with , a sofa convertible bed (2 persons), a table and a television. The furniture are very comfortable.

Price per month: 940.00 euros (1 500 Euros security deposit, refundable on final inspection and one months rent to be paid in advance)
Price per week : 320,00 euros ( 500 Euros security deposit, refundable on final inpection and your stay paid in advance)
