perfectly appointed, charming, cozy studio for rent from end of June till end of August. (exact dates negotiable.) Loft style double bed, couch (perfect for sleeping on), kitchenette with all cooking facilities (small stove, oven, many pots, pans, etc.). Separate bathroom with shower, toilet, sink. All towels and linens provided. The studio is located on the beautiful Place du Marche St. Catherine - gorgeous second floor view of the square. ALL amenities nearby - supermarkets, banks, metro (bastille, st. paul, chemin vert). A truly picturesque neighbourhood. Rent is 650 Euros per month (everything included.) Ideally we want to find someone to rent for july and half of august, but we can be flexible with the dates. One month deposit (650 euros) required.
