The rent for 1190eu/mo includes building charges, taxe d'habitation, renter's insurance, TV licence, and water. It also includes cable tv, high speed internet and free phone calls to land lines in France and 30 other countries including the US.
What is not included is your electricity bill (usually around 30 euros/mo).

Apt#6 is located in a very well maintained 17th cent building in the heart of the Latin Quarter. It is one of the oldest and most pleasant districts in Paris. These apartments are just 1 min walk from Saint-Michel metro and RER station, and steps away from the Seine river and Notre-Dame Cathedral on ile de la Cite. A short walk from the apartments brings you to The Sorbonne University, and Boulevard Saint Germain. The Louvre Museum, the Marais area, the Luxembourg Gardens and the lively market street of rue Mouffetard are also within walking distance.
