We have a charming 1B apartment available from April 26, 2007. It is 1250 euros per month if you rent it for at least 4 months, and 1150eu/mo if you rent it for 1 year. There will be some renovation work going on in the building for a couple of months (9am to 5pm on weekdays), and these months would be discounted down to 1000eu/mo. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, including kitchen items and linen.
The rent includes building charges, taxe d'habitation, renter's insurance, water, high speed internet, cable tv, free calls to 28 countries including USA, Canada, UK...(land lines only).
Your electricity is not included. You pay according to usage.

The apartment is just 1 min walk from Saint-Michel metro and RER station, and steps away from the Seine river and Notre-Dame Cathedral on ile de la Cite. A short walk from the apartments brings you to The Sorbonne University, and Boulevard Saint Germain. The Louvre Museum, the Marais area, the Luxembourg Gardens and the lively market street of rue Mouffetard are also within walking distance.
